About NDCPAAI

Officially established in 1975, the National Defense College of the Philippines Alumni Association, Inc. (NDCPAAI) serves as the sole organization of men and women of achievement, who have earned their scholastic marks from NDCP, the country’s premier institution for defense and security education, research and training. 

It is recognized as a powerhouse of national security experts, leaders, catalysts of change, policymakers, development practitioners, and professionals who were graduated under the NDCP’s Master in National Security Administration (MNSA) Program and Senior Executive Course in National Security (SECNS). 

To date, it stands proud and strong with more than 3,000 men and women who are MNSA graduates from 56 regular classes and 1 executive class, as well as those who completed the SECNS in 13 seminar groups.  The distinguished list of alumni is led by Former President Fidel V. Ramos (RC 3) and Former Vice-President Jejomar C. Binay (RC 24).

The NDCPAAI is comprised of a diverse range of sectors that includes Senators and Representatives in Congress, Cabinet secretaries and senior officials of national government agencies, Supreme Court justices, chiefs-of-staff of the Armed Forces, senior officials of the Philippine National Police, local chief executives, senior executive officers of the academe, private sector, and civil society.  An increasing number of foreign students from allied countries, such as Australia, India, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Thailand also comprised the alumni association. Seven alumni chapters are established in Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Southern Mindanao, Western Mindanao, Northern Luzon, Bicol, and Central Luzon.

Indeed, its number and reach have grown and expanded across varying sectors nationwide and even beyond the Philippine borders.
